Registration for  World Neuroscientists Awards  is now open! We offer various registration options to accommodate your needs, whether you plan to attend in person or virtually.

Choose the conference or category you are registering for.

Upload a passport-size photo that meets the specified size and format requirements.

Provide a brief self-description (2000 characters or less).

About Education, Experience, and Achievements:

Describe your education, work experience, academic achievements, and contributions to research and development. Write in the third person.

Optional Registration (USD):

Select the registration option that suits your preferences. Different options may include certificates, mementos, or event participation.

Registration Fee (USD):

The registration fee is specified in USD. This is the amount you need to pay for registration.

GST (USD):

If applicable, any additional taxes or fees in USD.

Total (USD):

The total amount to be paid in USD, including the registration fee and any additional charges.

Payment Method:

Manual: For offline payments, choose from the following methods:

Receipt Upload (Manual Payment Methods Only):

After making the payment through your chosen manual method (International Bank Transfer, Paytm, PayU), upload the payment receipt as proof of payment.

Submit Registration:

Click the "Submit Registration" or "Pay Now" button to complete your registration and payment.

Confirmation:

Upon successful submission, you will receive a confirmation message or email.

Certificate Submission:

After registration, you will be required to submit presentation videos and a testimonial video to receive your certificates. Details for video submission will be provided upon successful registration.

Terms and Conditions –  World Neuroscientists Awards

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the registration and payment process for participating in the  World Neuroscientists Awards (the "Event"). By registering for the Event, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Registration and Payment

1.1. Registration: To participate in the Event, you must complete the registration process as outlined on the Event's official website.

1.2. Payment: Registration fees and payment details will be specified on the Event website. Payment is required to secure your participation in the Event.

1. Cancellation and Refunds

2.1. Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Event organizers. The date of the request will determine the applicable refund policy.

2.2. Refunds: Refund policies and deadlines will be clearly stated on the Event website. Refunds may be subject to processing fees or non-refundable deposits.

1. Event Changes and Cancellations

3.1. Changes: The Event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the Event schedule, venue, speakers, or any other aspect of the Event without prior notice.

3.2. Cancellation: In the unlikely event of the Event's cancellation, the organizers will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants and issue applicable refunds, if any.

1. Code of Conduct

4.1. Professional Conduct: All Event participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Harassment or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

1. Intellectual Property

5.1. Event Content: All materials and content presented at the Event are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed without the explicit consent of the Event organizers.

1. Privacy Policy

6.1. Data Collection: The Event organizers may collect and process personal information as described in the Event's Privacy Policy, which will be available on the Event website.

1. Liability

7.1. Limitation of Liability: The Event organizers shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage to participants or their property during the Event.

1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Event country/Base country.

8.2. Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Event country/Base country.
