Assist. Prof. Dr. Mikhail Savelyev | MIET | Russia

Mikhail Sergeevich Savelyev is an Assistant Professor at the National Research University of Electronic Technology, Moscow, Zelenograd, with more than nine years of experience in optics and condensed matter physics. He holds the degree of Candidate of Physico-Mathematical Sciences (PhD) and has built a strong academic and innovation-driven career focused on advanced optical technologies and functional materials. Dr. Savelyev has authored 65 documents indexed in the Web of Science Core Collection and holds 19 patents for inventions and computer programs, reflecting his active engagement in both fundamental research and applied engineering. His scholarly impact is demonstrated by over 630 citations on Google Scholar, with an h-index of 15, alongside a Scopus h-index of 14 and a Web of Science h-index of 13. He has successfully completed and is leading eight research projects, including pioneering work on implantable neural interfaces for modulating pain signal transmission to the brain and on electronics based on carbon nanomaterials.
