Frédéric Matonti is a French Professor of Ophthalmology and Universités–Praticien Hospitalier based in Marseille, currently practicing at the Centre Paradis Monticelli, where he combines advanced clinical care, surgery, teaching, and research in vision sciences. Trained through the full spectrum of medical, biological, and neuroscientific education, he holds dual doctorates in medicine and neurosciences, along with an Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches, reflecting his strong commitment to translational and academic leadership.
